When I say I'm a hard worker, I really mean it.

I made it here to the US from the Philippines out of my own diligence and persistence when I was 27 years old. I am doing the same thing in real estate, exploring all the possibilities for my clients to successfully achieve their real estate needs and goals.

When I turned 40 years old, I discovered that there is beauty in real estate. I was a buyer and a seller throughout the years when I was acquiring and selling our previous primary residences.

My knowledge of real estate investing is quite vast. My husband and I bought foreclosed homes, fixed them, and lived and sold them for profit. I’ve been a long-distance landlord. I also have experience as an Airbnb Superhost. I invested and bought condominiums in the Philippines.

I learned so much from all these in my 40’s that I decided to become a real estate agent to teach others what I have learned! I want to be your guide in all aspects of your real estate journey.

I am raising two boys (one human and one fur), Lance, who likes to wear cowboy boots every day and is a fan of country music, and my red Doberman, “Rocky”, named after the very famous Dwayne Johnson, the Rock!
